I started with soul search site shaper install. Then I tried to install connections plugin. It wouldn't install. I would get blank page. I deactivated all plugins. Same thing. I then changed templates to one of the standard ones. I was able to install connections and everything worked great. I tried to go back and activate soul search. But then when I went to media to insert an image, it would never show the images but instead gave a gray spinning ball. Went back to basic template and media came up. I thought maybe it was soul search. So I installed just the theme business pro. But same thing. Media won't come up. Any ideas? I really need soul search template but this is for the church directory so I need connections.

I have never heard of the "Connections" plugin; what exactly does it do?

You have posted this thread to the Business Pro board, yet it sounds like you are actually asking for support on Soul Search - please clarify which theme you need support on, and if necessary, I will move this thread to the correct board.

It sounds like the problem you are having may be a javascript conflict.  I may need to look at the admin area of your site and poke around in the code to see what's happening, but I just moved into a new house last week and still have no internet connection; I'm doing my best to support the forums from my tablet and will hopefully have my actual computer back online today or tomorrow.
