: (Why) does the horizontal Accordion seem to be impossible to use in Custom_1?
: fahl5 December 21, 2014, 08:02:53 AM
I do like the Accordion of Zoka and would like to have somthing similar in the Custom_1 of incline on one of the Tabshow-tabs.
But meanwhile I do have all ten "<position>s5_ha_1</position>  in my incline Template xml, working links to Backgroundimages, modules published on s5_ha_1 and s5_ha_2 aswell as the hor.acc.-module published on s5_tab2 I see the Tab, what means, that there must be something published. but the tab is empty.
Is it simply impossible to use the hor.acc-module in incline on Custom_1 or did I anything wrong?

Hello,

I'm not sure why would publish the horizontal accordion to a tab show position? You can simply publish it to custom_1 instead and then publish slides to s5_ha_X positions. It's not a good idea to publish a rotating module inside of another one. Keep in mind that Zoka has specific styling for the horizontal accordion module that doesn't transfer to other templates either; the default styling of the module would be used.

No the other way round:
S5_tabshow is published on Custom_1 and on s5_tab2 I tried to publish the accordion ....without any success yet (currently I use another instance of Tabshow instead) but still think an Accordion like the one of Zoka would be nice.
Anyway I currently can't see anything when I publish the Accordion on s5_tab2. I only mentioned s5_ha_X to make clear, that I checked that the position is "known" by the xml-file and it is handled as if it has content meanwhile I do not see anything.

Perhaps (presumably) there is anything I do wrong in setting up the according but I didn't figured itout what that might be.....

Hello,

I believe we are saying the same thing:

"s5_tab2 I tried to publish the accordion"

If you have published the accordion to s5_tab2, then you've published it to one of the tab show's slide positions, not a template position. If you want the horizontal accordion to show in the header area it needs to be published to custom_1, not a tab show position. As I stated above, it is not good to publish a rotating module inside of another rotating module, the slide positions are tab show are meant for static modules.
