Hello,

We were having an issue with your theme and posted the issue in the forums.

We were advised that the fix was contained in the latest patch for Vertex.

We applied the patch - This didn't resolve our issue which appears to be a bug with the theme.

Would it be possible to receive further support on this since the issue was recorded prior to our Joomla a/c expiring.

Hello,

We posted a fix for you here in the public boards:

That should fix the issue on your site, as it has with others we have done this same thing to. If it's not there is another issue going on and you will need to renew your membership for continued support.

Sorry but I don't understand why you would think that it's a different issue - it's the same issue but your fix didn't resolve it.

Hello,

The fix posted on the link above has worked in every case we have tested it. If it's not working on your site there is something else interfering, such as a configuration issue or a third party extension interfering.
