I cant get the Contact Us form to appear on an Incline Template. Ive used other Shape5 templates, eg velocity and had no problem there. As far as I can tell Ive set up the Contact etc, using Single Contact as the type and a Contact selected. The template itself doesn't control if the form is outputted or not, it just stylizes it. I would recommend installing the site shaper in a sub folder so you can view the settings of the default contact page and copy them. |
