It's not a screen size issue, iPads and most tablets and phones don't allow for this functionality. Do you mean the all iOS based units can not see the video .... and Android based ones can? If we would choose a different format of the video ... would it then work? Are there any ways one can get the video to appear on handhelds ... and if yes, what is the solution? : Re: Possible to change the settings for when to start the video ? : jonahh January 26, 2015, 02:06:10 PM Yes correct the video just won't play on iOS devices so we had to disable it and have it swap to a static image instead. If you want to change this up I believe you can look in the s5_responsive.css file to make changes in there for this.
