I don't manage to put a link to an anchor, which is in a another page.

for example http://s317686623.onlinehome.fr/nos-pizzas/carte-de-nos-pizzas.html#s5_top_row3_area1, with your template the link becomes just "#", if I click on it

If I change my template by another one (not shape5 one) it is ok.the link in the mainmenu  leads to the anchor.

some other things,it is very hard to add a new row in vertex ,you tell yourselves in the forum ,so it is possible in next release of your templates to add some more rows, I needed but I do another way,so perhaps in the future.
and last question about the s5flex menu ,the vertex 4 is coming soon(thanks a lot), did you change something about the menu ? it could be possible to add a class to a menu item ,to add an icon  with pseudo :before selector ?

I'm waiting the vertex 4 and your next templates with hope.

1) How do you have those menu items with the anchors setup in the back end? It should work if you set it as External URL with #s5_top_row3_area1

1)In backend I put external url already, and if I put just  "#s5_top_row3_area1" only, or another anchor it is the same.

If you are  on a page where "there is not" this position,it is not working( add just # at the link), but my website is not a onepage, I have pages without this position.
your "menu scroll to" is just for one page ?but for me I would like to put  a menu item with a submenu who leads to the position under etc...

I would like to put as menu item (external url) something like this  -> http://s317686623.onlinehome.fr/nos-pizzas/carte-de-nos-pizzas.html#anchor
working on a website with more than one page.

not a problem if there is no solution.

The anchors are only designed for one page sites when using module positions as the anchor. The reason is as you stated not every page will be using this module position so it will appear to do nothing when clicked. There is no way to make an anchor trigger after another page is loaded unfortunately as it has to occur on the same page and the position has to be there on all pages.

I don t understand very well, because I need this kind of link in my next project, it is working everywhere I put this kind of link in my page, but in menu not, only if I change my template.after it is working..
my need is to put a link with anchor, not  especially yours but other anchor, which is working normal, in my menu and then the link looks like the same.and I put it as external url.
very hard to explain what I want to do after.
in fact with more than one page impossible to use anchor in menu  due to menuscroll to or other, that s it ?

Perhaps I am not quite following you then since you say it doesn't occur in other Templates. The only thing our Template changes is adds the smooth scrolling feature instead of "jumping" to the area on the page. The interaction should still be the same as the Template wouldn't affect the actual anchor links at all.

Could you maybe post some more details or some pictures illustrating the correct functionality versus the incorrect functionality that is occurring with our Template? Since there is a language barrier it might be easier for me to understand what your trying to do here.

I try to target the position of my template as an anchor will do.for example, here, I try to target "#s5_top_row2_area1" on the right page of my site.
The url of my page is :http://s317686623.onlinehome.fr/nos-pizzas/carte-de-nos-pizzas.html
to target the position #s5_top_row2_area1 on this page, I add #s5_top_row2_area1 at the end of the url: http://s317686623.onlinehome.fr/nos-pizzas/carte-de-nos-pizzas.html#s5_top_row2_area1 see attachment (anchor_external_url.jpg)

if I click on this menu item, with risen hope template, it adds just "#" a the end of the url:http://s317686623.onlinehome.fr/nos-pizzas/carte-de-nos-pizzas.html#

if I change my template for protostar, the url is correct,if I click: http://s317686623.onlinehome.fr/nos-pizzas/carte-de-nos-pizzas.html#s5_top_row2_area1

if I put an anchor I do myself, and as an external url I put :http://s317686623.onlinehome.fr/nos-pizzas/carte-de-nos-pizzas.html#my_new_anchor and I click on the menu item, it is ok, the link has  not changed, everything is correct

Since I put a position of the template as anchor, the url changes for "#", if I create my own anchor and I put it as external url, no problem, everything is normal, nothing is modified, the url is correct.

perhaps what I am trying to do is not possible or I do in a wrong way.

I try to use module positions as  anchors on a site which is not onepage, because it is the perfect place on the page.
