Hi, i started a website using the risen hope template and for some reason out of nowhere the ionicons stoped working out of nowhere

Here's the code im using in the second link for each of the icon things:

Hello,

Can you make sure that ion-icons are toggled on in the Template Manager? From there double check you didn't remove the ion-icons folder from the FTP.

they are activated in the template manager and i can still see them in the server file manager. :(

any other ideas?

Hello,

Can you try re-downloading the latest version of the product and see if the issue still occurs? I know there was an update a little while ago for the new ion-icon definitions. If that doesn't work something on your server would be blocking them from displaying. I am able to see them on my local and live copy currently.

Hi, downloaded and installed site shaper for risen hope and noticed most of the ion icons in the 'we are passionate about our community' section do not show (only the headphones icon shows).

On hover the link icon shows up on all of them

I still see your site is running an old version of Vertex.

Can you patch the site with the Vertex 3.7 files and see if that helps? If it doesn't after updating let me know and I can take a closer look.

I am also getting just the headphone icon as well. Was this ever solved?

I looked at the ionicons.css and saw that the "coding" was incorrect for the paper, people and calendar
Example: this is what was there.... span class="ion-ios7-paper icon_element"
Take the 7 out and it will work....span class="ion-ios-paper icon_element"

This has recently been updated in our downloads, sorry for the confusion. Ion Icons recently renamed the classes in their latest version.

I have the same issue here (more or less). Ion icons shown as rectungles, while before they where working just fine. Please have a look.

Please be sure to post your questions in the correct forum board, your site is using the Amazed Photography template.

I checked your site and I am not seeing any issues with the icons, they are all showing for me.
