Just hoping someone can help me fix a problem. I used the siteshaper for this template to install everything. All screens work perfectly on localhost. When uploaded to the server however, all screens work perfectly except the global configuration screen, which is completely blank. How do I fix this? Extra info: the log and tmp paths are correct. I changed error_report in config from 'default' to 'maximum' but that didn't do anything. I have used S5 templates for my other projects and never had a problem with this before. Please let me know what it could be so I can try to fix it as it is important to have access to this. The template itself wouldn't control any of that, the global configuration area is completely powered by Joomla. If it's not loading at all, I would suspect that's a hosting environment issue. Are there any error messages on the page or in your php_errorlog? Your host might be able to review this as well and discern if there's a configuration problem on the server, such as an ownership or chmod problem. |
