The S5 Box module needs to be published on the page for those links to work. Generally it's published to bottom_menu (it won't actually show on the page, it's just a script). Then publish your login module to "login" and the register module to "register". Make sure they are published on all pages. Can you download the latest copy of S5 Quick Contact and just override the module files on your server? we found the problem - if Global config error reporting is set to anything above simple (it was set to "development") the Captcha won't work.
