: Paradigm Shift - Unable to see Template options
: pragna April 15, 2015, 01:22:34 AM
Hello,

I am using Paradigm Shift Template for my website www.aumaujaya.org

I have upgraded my website from 2.5.8 to 3.4.1, I cannot see the template options on right-hand side in Template styles.

Before upgradation, I uninstalled the template, and when I again installed the template in new 3.x version, I cannot see any options on right-hand side of template style.

Please help me in fixing this issue.

Please find the attachment for details.

Thanks,
Pragna

Hello,

Set the back end Theme to ISIS for 3.X. You are calling an old back end theme with old scripts.

Hello,

That is not the default ISIS theme in your screenshot. Something is wrong with your back end after the update. Try clearing any site/server cache. ISIS looks like so:

I tried all means, actually I have retrieved akeeba backup into sub folder and tired several times, but the theme did not change. I have used the same admin credentials for the site which I copied to sub folder, is that creating issue?

Hello,

It shouldn't have any effect. It sounds to me like something got corrupted during the update which caused the back end to not function properly. Try using the Fix Database feature or redoing the update from a backup to see if it improves. If not you would either have to have a database expert go through your database or reinstall the Template on a fresh database.
