: White page : erminio May 02, 2015, 09:30:44 AM A few days ago appeared to me the home page completely white. View page source visualized nothing. I entered the backend as administrator but I could not get it in the configuration system and configuration users. I requested a restore to the hosting and everything worked. After 4 days still blank page but I can enter in the backend normally. In homepage source I view the file index.php truncated.

Are you running any 3rd party extensions on the site? It also sounds like some of the files on your server may have gotten corrupted. This could happen if you are saving changes to the server and the server times out only modifying part of a file. Nothing in the Template would generate a blank page unless one of the files got damaged in some way. |
