Good afternoon,
I just want to make a question. I've installed a new template "incline", I created a new database; but now the URL address is www.wildviaggi.it/incline . Which is the next step to transfer the incline template into www.wildviaggi.it ?

I'm waiting for your answer.

Have a nice day.

Irene

Hello,

If you installed the site shaper to a sub directory such as /incline you would just want to use the same process but instead of adding the files to a sub folder /incline; add them to your "root" directory on the server instead. This is your first level directory that gets loaded when the main site is loaded.

Hello,

If you installed the Site Shaper the Template will be in the Template Manager via the back end of Joomla. If it isn't there because it was deleted you can download the Template - Current and upload it via the Extension Manager. All Site Shapers are pre-packed with the respective Templates though.

Hello,

FTP is not the process you should be using to install the products. You should only use FTP after the installation has completed to modify specific files. Please review our documentation for installs here:

Site Shaper:

http://www.shape5.com/documentation/Joomla/Getting-Started/How-to-Install-a-Joomla-Site-Shaper

Template Standalone (No Demo Content)

http://www.shape5.com/documentation/Joomla/Getting-Started/How-To-Install-A-Joomla-Template

I just tested both these file sets using the procedures above without any issues. We also have no reports from other users with installation issues.

Regards,
