: Issue with Mobile View : karimah May 15, 2015, 06:50:07 PM Hi, I really need some help with this template and the mobile view. The template shows perfectly online via tablet or computer, but via mobile phone the slider shows extremely large. Can you please tell me what I need to have the settings on for it to show properly on mobile phones? Mobile phones are the way that most of our orders come in and a couple of our customers have complained that they can't see the site for the header. I have decreased the size of the images and everything, to no avail.

It looks like you have a few extensions/plugins on the site that aren't coded responsively. Those can often times force a page to be wider than it should be if they are using width values in pixels instead of percentages. In terms of the Slider I have attached the default settings from our demo site. If you are using 100% Width with Stretch To Fit enabled the height will automatically be based on your images that you upload. One thing you can try is using Actual Size in the module settings and then specifying a height value in the input box or uploading images with a smaller height value and keeping the default settings. |
