I just tested our latest Site Shaper and it was installing fine. We also do not have any other reports of installation issues. The site shaper is not completely unpacking on the server. I have had to extract it on my desktop and ftp. I now get an error jlib_error_this_is_not_a_folder_folder. Aaarrgghh. Never had problems like this in 5 years of using site shapers.

I am not familiar with that error "jlib_error_this_is_not_a_folder_folder", and doing a google search yields no results. If the site shaper is not unpacking it's most likely a problem on the server, the site shaper itself is extracting with no problems. How did you upload the file, through ftp or cpanel? I would try doing the opposite, in case there's an issue with the method it's uploading. Just to confirm you're installing this into a completely empty folder and database correct? |
