I wanted to ask for some assistance, for some reason this morning my website started showing this error: 500 - JHtmlBehavior: :mootools not supported. The site won't load, we've had it up since our original account was created on here. I don't know what happened, we didn't install any new components, modules or even update joomla. Are you using J3.X? If so you need to ensure any extensions, module, plugins are updated to be 3.X compliant as Mootools no longer exists as a library in that version of Joomla. That error generally occurs if you were using an extension that loads off the mootools library but doesn't exist on the site. Regards, |
