: Kcaptcha not completely effective
: Woodzy June 14, 2015, 04:44:51 PM
I'm using The Blogazine under j3.14 along with Jcomments 3.05 and although Jcomments appears to be working, the site continuously gets spammy comments. :(
I am not aware of any way to test for bots versus people adding the spam comments, which means that I don't really know how they are being added.
Is it possible to add the most recent version of google recaptcha and if so, how would I do that?
I have yet to find a way to resolve the issue. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello,

Can you provide a URL to the captcha page so I can take a look?

Hello,

I took a look and clicked "Add Comment" but didn't see any Captcha input popup. Our Template doesn't control the Captcha functions used by this extension though so I would contact the developer of the extension to see if there are any ways to change the captcha being used. Any captcha is beatable to an extent but some are definitely better than others.

Regards,
