I downloaded Vertex 4 Beta for trial purpose. I have applied the same on my local Wamp server. I have updated the template with Vertex  4 Patch.

Please refer the attached image of Back End of template. It is showing 2.0 Is what your running and 2.5.0 Current version of Vertex is available in the box having blue background.

Kindly explain and look in the matter.

Respected Sir, I have done it on my local sever by using Wampserver. How I can give you ftp access for my local computer. Please refer carefully the image attached with original message. However I am enclosing the same now also.  If you want, we can have a session on teamviewer.  I am in India following Indian standard time. Please suggest, when we can have a teamviever session?

For further progress in my effort. I applied Vertex4 Patch on my trial website http://vin.vinobabhave.org. The website seems to be working ok. But when I opened administrator template details, I have found new error as shown in attached image. I am unable to go for various options of the template.

Half-Congratulation:

The problem mentioned by me is solved, when installed on local server "Wamp".

But the same is not working on web server i. e. http://vin.vinobabhave.org

Jommla ver is 3.4.1 in all my installations.
Regarding other details, please refer attached image (JoomlaSystem.png )

My operating system is Windows 7, 64 bits

My bowser is Google Chrome ver. Version 43.0.2357.130 m (which is latest version)

I have also tested the same on Firefox ver 38.0.5 (which is latest version), but the result is same.
The screen-shot attached herewith ( Vertex4Error_Firefox.png ).

But V4 is still in beta so the tutorials are still showing V3, but most will be the same.

Can you tell me where was problem? I have the same problem with upgrade to vertex 4.

I don't recall the exact problem mentioned above, but it has been fixed in the latest files. Just patch your install with the latest files to make sure you are up to date.
