It looks like your site is not loading any javascript files at all. This is most likely caused by a setting on your server blocking javascript since even the core Joomla scripts are not being activated. I would try reinstalling the Template first and then contact your hosting provider to ensure there are no active scripts blocking javascript server side. Either blocking or conflicting with something else
