I downloaded a file called Shape5_Corpway_WP.zip and another one called SiteShaper_Shape5_Corpway_WP.zip. What the heck is the difference? I found a tutorial on how to install SiteShaper but have not found an explanation on what it is and how its different from the theme... Sorry for being dense...

One of those files is for the Site Shaper which would be for the included demo content you see on the demos such as widgets, post/page content and plugins. The other one would be just the theme without any demo content. The site will almost appear blank with this until you start adding content and widgets to positions.
