1) You just need to edit the Vertical Accordion module in the bottom row position with your own text in the module manager. 2) You can change the images/text of the Image and Content Fader in the Module Manager as well. You would need to edit several files. The XML, helper.php and the mod_s5_vertical_accordion.php.
