Shape 5

I'm using the Spectrum and Fitness and I can't insert any image inside any custom html editor window.  When I go to save the image that I've inserted it the editor window comes back without the image, not having saved it.  Why is that happening?  I tried this method of changing the logo and it would not work.

Also,  the Shape 5 Media Player V2  module I have install is not working.  I can't find any documentation on it or any other shape 5 module on the shape 5 site.

I have tested both of these templates and images are inserting with the editor with no issues for me. The template itself does not control this, that's entirely handled by the editor. I would suggest first trying in a different browser and if that doesn't work you can try a different editor.

The documentation for the media player is in the backend of the media player itself in the plugin manager. There is a large section of instructions at the top of the edit screen of the plugin. If you're having problems please post in the media player v2 board with a url to where the problem can be seen, and please describe the problem in more detail.

I have the same problem with the Fitness Center template : choosing an image (any image) as a logo through the backend template controls simply doesn't work. No image appearing on frontend. How can I hardcode the path the image ?

Please post your questions in the correct board for the Template you are using so we can address a specific product. Also state what Vertex version you are running as logo implementation has changed between versions.

Go to System -> Global Configuration and set Default Editor: Editor None.
Otherwise, don't work in any template.
