Unfortunately we do not offer refunds once a membership has been setup and products have been downloaded. This is outlined in our Terms of Use that you agreed to when creating the membership: http://www.shape5.com/terms_of_use.html In terms of the compression we are still looking into it as it is a complex issue. As I mentioned to you in my last PM I just took a fresh site shaper onto a local web host as well as my live server here: http://s5-dev.com/spectrum/ And then proceeded to enable compression without any layout issues. We are trying to determine why your server is outputting a different result than ours. I have one of our Vertex programmers looking into this directly and will let you know once I hear back with an update. I already have the source coding from your site on my system. Regards, |
