Hello,

Is this a fresh install of the site shaper? Do you have any 3rd party extensions installed? What vertex version are you running?

1)  Yes, fresh install of download from here and installed on server 8/26/2015 9:xxamEST

2)  Installed Fabrik and did nothing with it except parse thru its menu items in admin

3) Whatever you packaged with the SS for this

TY, Jim

Refund please...  5 uploads at 50 minutes each, 5+ days of no production -sigh-...lol, and I allowed Canada per you request, but no one has attempted to fix?

This is on a different VPS/Server same thing happened.

Hello,

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds once a membership has been setup and products have been downloaded. This is outlined in our Terms of Use that you agreed to when creating the membership:

http://www.shape5.com/terms_of_use.html

In terms of the compression we are still looking into it as it is a complex issue. As I mentioned to you in my last PM I just took a fresh site shaper onto a local web host as well as my live server here:

http://s5-dev.com/spectrum/

And then proceeded to enable compression without any layout issues. We are trying to determine why your server is outputting a different result than ours. I have one of our Vertex programmers looking into this directly and will let you know once I hear back with an update. I already have the source coding from your site on my system.

Regards,
