playing with the contentking theme to use for my site. when i add in a post or try to modify the existing posts in the demo the text is not changing on the news . its pulling the loripsum from another place. How do i set the plugin to pull from post it self. along that line i can delineate the text with the <!--more--> tag to display the text above it correct? thanks for the help... : Re: news not showing any text from article. : Tristan Rineer September 07, 2015, 09:44:16 AM In the page/post editor, use the "screen options" tab in the top right corner of the screen to enable the "excerpt" editor. Because of the way the news plugins work, they have to use the excerpt text instead of the post text.
