: New Install of Vertex Template...page not found : tugeye September 28, 2015, 07:16:17 AM sorry..I should have this post under the Free templates, I tried to remove it but not allowed to delete the post. HI I just created a new sub-dir and FTP'd all of the files for the Vertex template to it. When I call my-domain/sub-dir/ I get a "page not found" error. I'm expecting to see the initial config screen come up. I'm sure I have followed the instructions from the included documentation properly ... I do have a regular Joomla install working in a different directory..... Are you sure you FTP'd the site shaper and not just the template? I would be sure you did the site shaper zip file as just doing the template would cause the scenario you describe above. Hope this helps, |
