1. When I fill in the form and click button Send I receive the email but the Sender name is unknown and all the fields in the message are separated by tag. Can you please help me to correct these issues? 2. When I enable captcha within the plugin parameters, I get no image sign below the form. To illustrate both problems I attached two images!
