We have installed the template No1 shopping on our website but it does not seem to work when entering the page from a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 tablet. The page freezes and it is not possible to click on the menus. The menus also does not scroll down. see attached picture. It looks like you have added some additional JS/3rd party scripts on that page. Can you try disabling them to see if the issue still occurs (clear the cache). Also does the issue occur on our demo site? Regards, |
