I am still learning the new code for html 5 templates... question 1 can you please email me where the location is in template to add the google analytic UI code ? Or the instructions and where to place the script code if that is what it requires question 2, I don't see in demo the location or where to add modules to home page if it has to be in template manager area. I am trying to add a module above the menu for home page and it will only show up on content pages . q. please send me instruction to add home page modules b. please tell me the location above menu on this template. 1) Google has instructions on where to add this. Usually it is in the index.php before the closing </body> tag. 2) There aren't any positions above the main menu other than the drop downs. http://www.shape5.com/images/products/2015/fitness_center/module_positions.png To add a module you would do so in the Joomla Backend via the Module Manager and select an available position from the above link. in some of the older templates all it required was the UI no. It depends if you want it in the head or before the closing </body> tag. Some scripts required to be loaded in different areas. Refer to the instructions of the script you are using for implementation instructions. Regards, |
