Roy, Amsterdam, Holland : Re: Error message using IE7 : jonahh February 17, 2009, 01:02:00 PM Hello Terry,
Try disabling the tooltips javascript and see if the error goes away. Regards, : Re: Error message using IE7 : mesquite February 17, 2009, 01:24:29 PM Thanks Jonah
I found it's module : mod_ja_header. As soon as I set it to: Javascript Fade Slideshow and not Flash Slideshow the problem went away. Love the plate by the way. Regards Terry : Re: Error message using IE7 : milwaukee February 21, 2009, 04:46:30 PM I get the same error message in Internet Explorer.
Can someone explain where the mod_ja_header is or where I can disable the tooltips javascript thank you http://www.ozaukee-county.info (http://www.ozaukee-county.info) here is a picture http://www.screencast.com/users/milwaukeeseo/folders/Jing/media/f101d5e9-1dd0-4c6f-a581-48e49dbdabf3 (http://www.screencast.com/users/milwaukeeseo/folders/Jing/media/f101d5e9-1dd0-4c6f-a581-48e49dbdabf3) : Re: Error message using IE7 : jonahh February 23, 2009, 03:17:28 PM If you open up your index.php file and look for:
<?php if ($s5_tooltips == "yes") { ?> <script type="text/javascript" src="<?php echo $LiveSiteUrl;?>/templates/city_portal/js/tooltips.js"></script> <?php } ?> Remove this and see if this helps. : Re: Error message using IE7 : milwaukee February 25, 2009, 09:53:04 PM I removed that line and it did not do anything. The top layer of links is still to low and the
site will not load. Anymore help is appreciated as I can't really go live till it works in IE I appreciate the help : Re: Error message using IE7 : jonahh February 25, 2009, 11:43:50 PM Did you put it back in? It appears that this code is still in there.
: Re: Error message using IE7 : milwaukee February 26, 2009, 08:48:35 AM No I didn't put it back in maybe I took it out of the wrong place?
: Re: Error message using IE7 : milwaukee February 26, 2009, 08:54:23 AM <?php if (($s5_menu == "1") || ($s5_menu == "2") || ($s5_menu == "3") ) { ?>

The tooltips link is located at the very bottom of the index.php file.
: Re: Error message using IE7 : milwaukee February 26, 2009, 11:21:42 PM I went into the footer and removed that line.
I still have the same problem as before.. did I do it correct this time? any other ideas? : Re: Error message using IE7 : milwaukee March 01, 2009, 11:23:25 PM any help anyone with this?
much appreciated : Re: Error message using IE7 : jonahh March 02, 2009, 11:47:56 AM Ok, can you PM login details to this site?
Thanks, : Re: Error message using IE7 : jonahh March 03, 2009, 03:04:21 PM It appears to be your "slick RSS" module. After unpublishing this module the error no longer occurs in IE7. I would check with the developer of this module and see what they suggest.
Regards, : Re: Error message using IE7 : milwaukee March 03, 2009, 10:05:48 PM your awesome thanks a lot

I would check with the developer of this module and see what they suggest. Regards, My client reports the same issue - I don't use I.E. What do you mean by his "slick" RSS feed - the button that installed with the site shaper in the top black bar? If I delete that reference from the index.php - can I expect this message to go away? The client is highly troubled by this. Thanks. : Re: Error message using IE7 : jonahh April 27, 2009, 10:31:34 PM The slick RSS module should be located in your modules manager. If you just unpublish that module this seemed to fix the problem for me.
