Please re-upload the shaper using a client like FileZilla (http://filezilla-project.org/), and make sure that the transfer mode is set to "binary", then activate the "Sample Data Injector" on the plugins admin page. Once it has been activated, you will need to visit the site, but make sure to wait for the page to fully load before refreshing, as the shaper plugin needs time to finish installing the sample data.
