If you are referring to the way the text slides in on the Image and Content Fader from the demo, the exact HTML structure needed to get the same effect is explained on the demo: http://shape5.com/demo/wp/fresh-bistro/tutorials/custom-code-for-this-design/

This is the HTML structure used on the demo, if you keep the HTML and only change the normal text, you should get the result you are looking for:
