I'm not sure exactly what you're asking.  Could you give a little more detail about exactly what you're tying to do?

Hi, please see space above the footer portion at the home page of this site http://sbewebsites.com/
Thanks!

You have an empty widget in the Custom 2 position; that is causing the blank white space you are seeing above your footer.

Thanks a lot for your response....
Blank/white space has been slightly reduced after clearing empty widgets but still seeing blank space.

Hello Tristan, hoping for your response....
Kindly also check the grayish blank space above the footer logo.
Please see attached screenshot for your reference.
Thanks!

I don't see the problem from your screenshot.  If anything, it looks like there's not enough spacing in the footer now.  In chrome, the footer is completely missing, and in Firefox, the image from above the footer is cutting off the top half of the footer logo.

I suggest changing the images that still say sample before trying to remove anything that looks like a large gap; there's a good possibility that when there's an actual image there, it'll show that the spacing makes sense for the design.
