Swapps main menu header banner not showing up in Google Chrome browser even after scrolling down the home page.
Please see attached screenshot for your reference.
Please note that it's working fine in firefox and IE browsers.

Did this happen after you changed the CSS to make the footer disappear?  It's possible that something you changed made the menu end up appearing above the top of the window.

Thank you for your response.
It's the banner on the top (Home page) that is not showing up after scrolling down.
Swapps initially hides the banner when you're on the top, then it will show up when you scroll it down.
This is working fine at firefox and IE but not in chrome.

A new version of the Vertex Upgrade Patch (http://www.shape5.com/component/option,com_docman/Itemid,96/task,cat_view/gid,308/) was just released with a complete overhaul of the admin and quite a few updates, including some that are likely to fix the issues you have been having.  I recommend following the Patch Installation Tutorial (http://www.shape5.com/documentation/Vertex-Framework/WordPress-Specific/How-To-Patch-Vertex-In-WordPress-and-Changelog) to get your site updated.

Done with the patch update but to no avail - floating banner/top menu still not viewable on chrome.

I forwarded your post to the designers, the downloads for the theme have been updated with a fix.  The only file you will need is the index.php file from the theme folder, so you can just re-download the theme and extract that 1 file, then replace the one on your server with the new file.
