I have installed Community Builder 2.0.12 in several of the latest templates but I am not able to type into CB Login text box. It is working only with the default Joomla template. Joomlapolis-guys say it might be a CSS-problem: "If this is working with default Joomla template then it is an issue with your template providers and should be brought to their attantion." I found that it probably is due to bootstrap: changing the alternative layout to default in the advanced options of the mod_cblogin "solves" the problem. That is something that the extension developer should be correcting. We can't debug a third party extension. An extension should never be using css or any other call from a template. It should always be calling its own css to avoid problems like this. Additionally, we don't use bootstrap in our templates, we only include core css files to stylize Joomla default items. |
