: Module Class Suffix Problem : acatterson December 24, 2015, 12:02:59 PM Hi. When I add 1 module class suffix to a module, all is OK. When I add a second, it produces odd output. See attached document.
: Re: Module Class Suffix Problem : mikek December 26, 2015, 07:57:04 AM Hello,
Module classes cannot be used together. You can only apply one class suffix on a module. Styling of a class is very specific and not meant to be combined. : Re: Module Class Suffix Problem : acatterson January 11, 2016, 05:16:53 PM So by using a Shape5 template, I lose Joomla functionality in modules? There is no restriction for a single module class suffix in Joomla.
: Re: Module Class Suffix Problem : mikek January 11, 2016, 06:59:09 PM Hello,
This has actually been changed in the latest Vertex patch files. However, it is really not losing functionality, classes should not be combined. A module class suffix is designed with very specific aesthetics, if you applied two it would share paddings, margins, backgrounds, etc. and not be able to apply both. It's a matter of css, you can't apply the same css styles from different suffixes. |
