So I've downloaded the complete site package and did the install as instructed. Every time I browse to the site after, I get "ERR_CONNECTION_RESET". I go into the admin panel and the template does not show but the folder is there in the file manager. I've tried to reinstall the template and receive messages telling me that the folder already exists. I've tried this with other templates as well with the same result.

I am able to install the latest version of Joomla without issue. I can even get the template its self to install on that but then I lose the data...

Bringing the site down once more for another test. I'll update when its back up.

Responded. Same result. I've extracted the download locally as well and have reviewed the .sql files within the package. None are referencing the Gamers template for insert into the template_styles table. Could you instruct me as to where the sample data is stored within the zip (SiteShaper_Shape5_Gamers_current.zip)?

Also, what is your configuration? I'm using MS SQL as opposed to MySQL. Going to try a new install on MySQL tonight to see if that works.

The issue seems to be with the utilization of MS SQL. On reviewing the database, it doesn't seem that the  sample data is installed when using MSSQL. I installed again to a MYSQL and everything works without a hitch.
