I am trying to remove the login button that appears on the top menu for http://www.shape5.com/demo/incline. I have read http://www.shape5.com/demo/incline/index.php/tutorials-menu-48/s5-login-and-register-setup, but cannot seem to get the button to go away. To remove that you remove the login/register text at the bottom of the General tab in the template configuration.
