1. Another module conflicting with it from a 3rd party 2. It could be the module was not setup properly 3. It could be file permissions on the file it writes the playlist to etc Unfortunately just with different server environments and even Joomla setups (3rd party modules installed, etc) issues can arise like I mentioned but we are here to help and assist in getting it working. 99.9% its something easy to adjust in order to get working. |
