Hi
Any help on this would be much appreciated our website has gone from being super quick to super slow when we added the incline template.

Is there anyone out there that could take a look at the site www.koimag.co.uk. We have put lot of work into this so don't want to have to dump the template if we can help it.

Hello,

A template has very little to do with site speed, it only contains some minor images, a few javascript files and css. All which don't equate to a lot of download sizes. The speed of a site is mostly about the server environment. What I would recommend doing is the htaccess tweaks found on the link below, this will optimize your server for faster speeds:

The other thing that can effect site speed is the size of images, generally you don't want images over 150kb, but sometimes png files require around 300kb. The number of images can also effect the speed.

Just to clarify your site loaded in about 3 to 4 seconds to me, that's pretty fast.
