1. You can do this in two ways. The first is you can just publish a custom HTML module with an image in it to your "logo" position. 2. So if you aren't publishing a module to the "logo" position then there is a logo image in your /templates/content_king/images folder which you can overwrite. Its labeled "s5_logo.png"
