: White space on sub-page : SofLife March 07, 2016, 10:19:03 AM I have created a link to a sub page on the website and there is a huge amount of whitespace between the top menu bar and the title/content. (http://wcgpr.com/wcg/dh/index.php/member-resources/area-resources). Can you please help me figure out how to remove the whitespace on the sub-pages. I read the other string about how to reduce it on the homepage, but that fix doesn't seem to work on sub-pages. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

I am not sure why this is showing on your site, but you can add the following to custom.css: #s5_header_spacer { display:none !important; } : Re: White space on sub-page : SofLife March 07, 2016, 01:23:38 PM Thanks, Mike. Does the custom CSS file go into the template folder?
: Re: White space on sub-page : SofLife March 07, 2016, 01:55:04 PM And, not sure if the custom css made a difference: http://wcgpr.com/wcg/dh/index.php/member-resources/area-resources
: Re: White space on sub-page : mikek March 07, 2016, 03:24:17 PM Hello,
It would go on this file, you haven't applied the css yet: http://wcgpr.com/wcg/dh/templates/incline/css/custom.css : Re: White space on sub-page : SofLife March 07, 2016, 03:31:19 PM I modified the custom css, but nothing is happening. Is there something else I need to apply?
: Re: White space on sub-page : mikek March 08, 2016, 08:25:39 AM Hello,
I checked your site here and it did remove the space as expected: http://wcgpr.com/wcg/dh/index.php/member-resources/area-resources I you want to remove more spacing, I would suggest using Firebug to visually identify the css for each area. We don't provide support on modifying the template. For example some of the spacing at the top is controlled in template.css under: #s5_center_area1 { padding-top: 120px; } But that is intended. |
