on the quick contact form on the homepage we are not receiving emails... attached is the mail setup in the global configuration and I checked with the server and they say that it is set up correctly. Either the information in your smtp is not correct or the email is going to spam, did you check your spam email? The quick contact uses the default Joomla mail functions, which pull directly from the global configuration, I would double check with your host to make sure those are correct or if they see the email going through the mail logs. You can also try changing it to php functions on that same configuration screen. |
