You can try disabling any 3rd party plugins or modules you have added. If that doesn't work you can PM me FTP and Joomla login details and I can take a look at this for you.

Ok this is fixed. I just re-patched with a fresh download of the Vertex 4 patch and it fixed the issue.

Construction is a paid, club member product. You will need to have an active, paid membership with us in order to receive support on this. Your account has no history of being paid.

Whoever downloaded the Template from our site will have access to a paid account. You would need to contact them to use their "paid" status account for support on club products.

You will have to post under a username that has a paid status membership. Support is part of a membership and expires when a membership expires. We cannot provide paid support to a free member.

Since you are a WordPress member can you post this in the WordPress construction board? I'm not sure about the admin of Vertex for WordPress but our developer/forum admin Tristan will be able to assist as he works with the WordPress side of things here.
