Now your telling me I have to call my isp to increase size to 256? well why don't you tell us that first in the pre sales docs or at least in the instructions. I'm not a programmer so I try to install the demo content thats supposed to make all this web design easy, yet instead I and others on here spend useless hours messing about when you guys already know this crap is going to happen to us. So already I hate this theme! Please get it working before I demand my money back. I have no more patience to be staring at this screen any longer than what it should take to install it. I have told my isp to increase to 256 but again more waiting.

Every demo site is set up using the same Shaper that is provided for download, the Shapers are tested multiple times on multiple servers. Install issues are very rare, and if they do happen, it's not because of the Shaper. If you can PM me WP-login details and FTP access for your site, I can try re-installing the shaper for you. |
