I start playing with this template and I have a problem when I try to edit: Top Info Slide and Jasmin Rose Profile ( maibe more of them have the same problem ) ... I do the changes I want and when I hit de Save button all i get is a blank page with this link: http://laviniawellness.ro/administrator/index.php?option=com_modules&layout=edit&id=842. If I hit back to administrator panel my changes are not made. It's a clean instalation, I want to learn the template and then go to work. Where is the problem ? ??? That would not be controlled by the template, that sounds like you have a problem with your administrator installation; all of those functions are controlled by Joomla itself. Did you install this from a site shaper? I would suggest trying a clean install again. It would have to be something with your server then. Have you made any changes to global settings like SEF or anything else? Have you installed any third party extensions? I just tried a local install and it is working with no issues. No, just clean install of the full version ( to learn the template better ), and this is the only problem I got ( for now :)) ). I finish installing the site third time, with no update made to joomla or any other components no setting change ... no nothing, and I have the same problem: I try to edit jasmine profile, hit the save button and ... white page. If you can private message me super admin access, ftp access, and cpanel access I can take a closer look. Again, though the template has absolutely no impact on this. These functions are completely handled by Joomla itself. It's not performing this way on local host and we have no reports of any kind from any other users, all signs point to an issue with your hosting provider. After a small timeout on this domain, I start again the work on it and like you recommand me I use JCE editor, it's working fine but ... I'm from Romania and here we have "diacritical marks" like: ă ? ș ț ? ... the problem is that JCE won't let me work whit those ( same page error: 404 - Category not found ). So now I have to switch again and again between JCE and TinyMC every time I want to edit an existing module and creating a new article. I can deal with it but I just wanted to let you know about this issue. |
