Hi Tristan,

I installed the Eventfull Business theme Site Shaper, but there is no demo content visible. When the setup works properly, how does the Eventfull Business theme page look like?

Can you provide a link to your site, so i can see what's happening?

When the Shaper installs correctly, your site will look almost exactly like the demo; the only difference will be that any licensed images used on the demo will be replaces with sample images that don't need licensing.

The access details you have provided seem to be incorrect.

If the site shaper is not working correctly, I suggest re-uploading it through FTP.  You should make sure that your FTP client (I recommend FileZilla (http://filezilla-project.org/)) is set to transfer using Binary mode; the default for most FTP clients is ASCII mode, which can cause file corruption, and is usually the reason for shaper failure.

I reuploaded the site shaper installation and it looks better now, but have no images.

I believe the issue with the images is because there were 2 versions of the theme, so the image paths for the demo had to be a little different from normal.

If you edit the various widgets and remove the "business/" part of the URLs for the images, the sample images will appear.

I changed the links, but still don't get all pics - especially background pics and the header including content and functions.

I just looked at your site again.  Anything that is missing images still has the wrong image URLs. 

Adding ?tp=3 to your URL will show you the positions of all active widgets, which will help you find the ones that still need changing:  http://www.pingpongcup.berlin/?tp=3

A lot of the demo content is custom HTML in text widgets, so you'll need to make sure you edit those as well.

Ok, but is it possible for you to fix the Eventfull Business Theme Site Shaper with the right settings, its really a lot of work for me to go through all Widgets etc. and fix all links.

Rebuilding the shaper will take some time.  This'll work right away, to help you get started faster:  https://wordpress.org/plugins/search-and-replace/

Search for "business/images/" and replace it with "images/".

thank you very much for your support. I did the replacements and the demo site looks pretty good now. Please can you have a look on it and tell if everything is ok now?

I have another question: Can I put a .mp4 or .mov Video as Header or other background?

I don't believe this theme supports a video background.

It appears you've missed the Top Row 2 Area 1 background in the theme options, but everything else on your site looks good.
