Hi, I am trying to make MailChimp working in SWAPPS template. API and list id are all correctly entered. When user submits the email address, it refresh the page with no confirmation message. The email is not appear in the MailChimp list. Please help! http://chtglobal.web-got.com/

I do see the issue, it appears the JavaScript isn't running on the module as its just refreshing the page whenever you click on the submit button. If you can PM me FTP and Joomla login details I can dig into this for you.

Ok it looks like the file:

/modules/mod_s5_mailchimp_signup/js/mailing-list.js

is getting compressed or edited somehow, either by your server or by you?

Either way this file just needs to be overwritten with a fresh copy from the downloads. I tried doing it myself but some reason your server is caching the file or I don't have permission.

Hello, I have the exact same problem with S5 Mailchimp (I installed the SiteShaper with Game World Theme 2015)
I have set up all the API credentials and mailing list credentials etc
When I press submit on an email address, that email address doesn't make it to mailchimp, it simply refreshes the page and leaves this in the URL: index.php?email=luke%40classic-mario.net&submit=

I have tried doing as it says in this thread, replacing mailing-list.js but it isn't working.

Can someone please help if I give them admin credentials?

Following your e-mail in e-mail address I place a post here:

My problem is similar to the above mentioned. When someone types their e-mail address and press sign-up, a red message "Adding email address..." appears but nothing else happens and of course the relative e-mail address is not added in the list of MailChimp. I doubled-checked everything regarding API and ID and they are ok.
