site is https://www.cerrigspeir.com/ You can add 1 item to the cart, if you try to remove the item it shows that it was removed initially but if you go to another page and try to add another item, (after the popup shows that item was added) it goes back to the original item in the cart. You can also not modify quantities. The only way for me to remove the item or add another is to log into the admin backend and clear the cache. Then it will, yet again, allow you to add 1 item to the cart and not modify it further. I have tried all suggestions posted on the virtuemart forum and so far nothing has worked. I see the problem on the site but there's no way for a template to be causing this. The template only stylizes the site, it has no interaction with Virtuemart itself and no overrides for the component. Also, I can't replicate the problem usually Virtuemart locally. My assumption would be that it's a cache issue somewhere, does your host any kind of server caching enabled or is there caching enabled in the Joomla global configuration or a Joomla cache plugin? I would recommend disabling all of those to see if that has an effect. |
