Hi, after I set up the module and hit 'send' there's only a 'sending message'  with circle showing progress, but it doesn't finish, by which time the verification has expired, nor do I receive the email. What seems to be the issue?

Ok please try downloading the php mail method one from here and install this instead of your current version (the Joomla mail method).  I just added this php one to the downloads as you can see from the hits and this should fix it for you:

Thanks for the follow-up. I've downloaded and 'tried' installing it - the module manager says the install was successful, but then I'm unable to locate the module from the list.  I've tried clearing the cache.  Sorry - any recommendations?
