Hi there

i have a go daddy hosting, and the contact popup plugin installed , activated and the email setup as indicated, php email function is activated however form is not sending emails, the goddady support told me is a problem with the form plugin i have downladed the last version still no luck any ideas? what else can i check? i make a small php file sending a test email trough the mail function and worked rigth away so is definetaly not a host problem, thanks

Sure addres is www.mexicodivers.com im using the ambient template, when a fill and send the for the contact popup display a message that have been send however i nowere to find in my inbox nor spam or anything, probably no mesage is passed to the php mailer, i also put a test mailer php code under www.mexicodivers.com/testmail.php using the server mailer and works and recieve the test mail properly so i cant figure out what is wrong wit the plugin

Thanks for the link.  I looked at your site, but I'm not seeing anything in the HTML that would cause the problem.  Would you be able to PM me FTP access and WP Login details?  I'll need to look at the PHP and see if I can test for errors.  You're the only person to post about this issue so far, so it may be difficult to find a solution, but I'll do what I can.

Thanks for the information.  I've looked at the code, and I don't see anything obvious that could be causing the problem.  The plugin uses the default PHP mail() function to send the mail, so if that function is working somewhere else on your server, then something else must be getting in the way.  Unfortunately, I'm out of time to work on it today, and I won't be back at my computer till Tuesday, but I'll try to dedicate as much time as possible to solving it when I'm back.  Sorry it's taking so long.

Just want to check if you could find out what is the problem with the popup not sending emails on my site, i send a test email via script for php and works however not using the plug in, thanks

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find any issues with the plugin.  As I said in my last post, it uses the standard PHP mail function and there's nothing else I can see in the code that would make it not work.
