Actually the Image and Content fader would better mimic this with the text, etc you have on there. You could try publishing it to the same position and see how it looks. We do have overrides adding for the fader on most templates so you may have to remove the CSS for it in the template.css file. : Re: Modify setting to mimmic slide show : brentp76 May 25, 2016, 05:09:02 PM What I liked about the other is the ability to set it so that I can put an automatic date to unpublish a module. doesnt seem I can do that with the image and content fader. Is what I am trying to do to much to strip off of the frontpage slide show?

Then it functions just like a Joomla article and you can set to unpublish at a certain date, re order, etc just like a normal article. Unless I'm not understanding what you are trying to do?
